"Alvaro was the listing agent to one of the best condos in Brickell. Me As a buyer without an agent - He retuned my call promptly. I was able to see the entire process of how he handled the sellers side and me as the buyer. He did not waste my time and was on top of which offer would be a potential sale and which would not be competitive. From a buyer perspective that was important. Once under contract. He worked hard to meet my demands to get what needed to be fixed. It really was a lot of hours that he put in. Most agents I have seen or dealt with are not up to standard. I recommend him from a seller and buyer perspective"
