MI BIOGRAFIA

Crecí en Sudamérica entre Uruguay y Venezuela, luego de graduarme de la facutad de Arquitectura en 1999, encontré mi primer trabajo en Miami con RVL Architects en el año 2000. Durante mis 4 años trabajando para esta reconocida y estable oficina de arquitectura, tuve la oportunidad de trabajar con desarrolladores y diferentes compañías de bienes raíces colaborando con el diseño y diferentes aspectos para un producto deseable que llegue al mercado. Aprendí muchas cosas que me ayudaron a tener un mejor entendimiento de lo que realmente es el negocio inmobiliario. En el 2004 decidí obtener mi licencia inmobiliaria y unirla a mi conocimiento en arquitectura. Mis primeros pasos en bienes raíces fueron trabajar con mi círculo de influencias y desarrolladores inmobiliarios para proyectos residenciales como; 900 Biscayne Bay en el centro de Miami, Pallazo del Sol en Fisher Island, Trump Ocean Club como gerente de ventas (Panamá) y finalmente Aston Martin Residences en el centro de Miami. También me dedico actualmente a clientes locales e inversores extranjeros de muchas nacionalidades. Mi éxito se basa en la protección de los activos de mis clientes y en asegurarme de seguir entregando los mejores resultados en cada transacción. Soy un excelente comunicador y siempre mantengo a mis clientes al tanto proporcionando análisis de mercado locales exhaustivos, conocimiento de barrios locales, nuevos desarrollos y encontrando estrategias de marketing creativas. Mi objetivo siempre es ser la principal fuente de información para mis clientes, una promesa que me aseguro de cumplir

MY BIO

I grew up in South America, after graduating with a degree in Architecture, I found my first job in Miami with RVL Architects in 2000. During my 4 years working for this well know and established architecture office, I had the opportunity to work with developers and different real estate companies collaborating with the design and different aspects for a desirable product to hit the market. I learned many things that helped me have a better understanding of what truly is real estate business. In 2004 I decided to get my real estate license and marry it with my knowledge in architecture. My first steps in real estate was working with my circle of influences and real estate developers for residential projects as; 900 Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami, Pallazo del Sol in Fisher Island, Trump Ocean Club as a sales manager (Panamá), and last Aston Martin Residences in Downtown Miami. Along the way, I also dedicate my time to locals and foreign clients investors from many nationalities. My success is based on protecting my clientele assets and making sure I continue to deliver the highest results in every transaction. I am an excellent communicator and I always keep my clients in the loop by providing local comprehensive market analysis, knowledge of local neighborhoods, new developments, and finding creative marketing strategies. My goal is always to be the number one source of information for my clients, a promise that I make sure to deliver on.
